Weāre embarking on an exciting new journey, with people at the heart.
Iām excited to share the news that weāll be restructuring FinMango with a new focus on doing fewer things better. After 5 years of building the worldās most innovative and resourceful organization, itās time to accelerate our efforts with a renewed focus.
Those of you that have been involved with FinMango since the start are no strangers to our ability to fail fast and quickly improve. I remain in awe of the passion and resilience our community depicts on a daily basis. All in the name of a better future for all. Thatās why weāre on a mission to ensure financial literacy and inclusion is made universally accessible and useful. To ensure everyone has an equal shot at economic prosperity.
Structuring Under Three Pillars:
1. Education:
Consisting of the āHow To Become A Millionaireā class and global products such as Mango Stories, FIRE Calculator, and/or āBattle of the IRAs Calculator.ā
2. Innovation & Inclusion:
Consisting of the COVID-19 Open Data Project, Mango X, #PaintTheFuture, Small Business Guide, Fincubator, Research, and Mango Talks.
3. Advocacy & Mentorship:
Relaunching in early 2022. The goal is to better highlight amazing people around the world and amplify impact in the field even further.
Concluding Remarks:
This restructuring allows FinMango to act as a parent organization strictly focused on the mission of making financial literacy and inclusion universally useful and accessible. The goal is to allow the āInclusion & Innovationā projects to operate more independently with the potential of spinning off entirely. Lastly, Advocacy / Mentorship will become a core focus of the organizationāas it directly relates and accelerates pillars 1 & 2.
Iām so excited for us to accelerate the mission even more efficiently than before. We are rewriting the narrative on what it means to truly impact lives. You inspire me daily, and Iām excited to continue building amazing stuff as one.
