Hello World! Introducing The New FinMango 🚀
It’s time to officially introduce the world to the new FinMango 🥭, which launches today – on National Mango Day!
FinMango’s new mission is to solve complex problems that endanger the financial health of young adults in transition. We believe in a world with financial equity for all and adhere to the following values:
Globally inclusive. We work to inspire coalitions and are, in turn, deeply inspired by those who share our passion.
Insatiably curious. We never stop learning. We deploy new knowledge to increase our capacity and to explore what might be possible.
Boldly joyful. We pursue a better life for all with boundless passion.
Fanatically focused. We choose our work and our partners intentionally based on research, data and capacity with an eye for measurable impact.
Honest and transparent. We are humble enough to recognize our own shortcomings, open enough to share our work and brave enough to shine a light on system failures.

Looking back, I am so thankful to Chris Shannon for facilitating the strategic planning process and for all the thoughtfully picked mangoes that served on the team – Katherine, Tobias, Dominic, Ojasvinee, Bruna, Avneesh and Gautham! In just 15 weeks, they have drastically altered the direction of FinMango for the better and I am deeply grateful for their contribution. Looking ahead, it's now time to execute. In short, our master plan is:
Evolve into a learning organization. We’ll constantly create, acquire, and transfer knowledge to the public and be able to quickly adapt our behavior to reflect new insights.
Develop into a leading data aggregation organization. Financial health is a young area of study, and many important questions need to be investigated.
Leverage strategic partnerships to maximize the impact of our work.
Probe AI and tech innovations to improve the financial health of young adults globally. With AI and technology, we have more tools to explore and address hard, unanswered questions with the help of data.

I’m so excited for the future of FinMango and can’t wait to support young adults during life transitions and financial shocks. FinMango has come far — and has a long journey ahead.
