FinMango Update

Hey FinMango Community,

It's time for an update, and we've got some exciting news to share about our ongoing efforts to improve financial health worldwide.

Research

Preliminary Research (via University of Virginia)

  • Examining changes in search volumes for both Airbnb and traditional housing terms before and after the implementation of short-term rental regulations in specific cities.

New Products / Tools

Early Access Tools (Subscribers Only, Still in Development)

These tools are intended to help recent grads and young adults make smarter financial decisions.

Ongoing Programs

  • Our high school investment education program continues to thrive, transforming students' financial futures with each class. The results are compelling: we're approaching 10,000 reviews, with an impressive 98% of participants rating us excellently. This overwhelming positive feedback demonstrates the program's significant impact on young minds.

  • Our first annual FinMango Day with Kent State University was a success. We awarded over $8,000 in prizes and aim to expand the event's reach and rewards for March 2025. Stay tuned for details on this growing opportunity.

Closing Note

At FinMango, we recognize that many young people are grappling with financial stress due to the rising costs of housing, food, and daily expenses, often feeling trapped in a cycle of spending without saving. We're committed to addressing these real-world challenges and invite you to share your personal financial struggles through this survey, helping us shape our research and inform decision makers.

Let's keep collaborating on a better future for all!
