Embracing Change: Our New Mission to Protect the Financial Health of Young Adults
We're back and ready to mango!
As many of you know, we recently pivoted with a new mission to solve complex problems that endanger the financial health of young adults in transition. Although the pivot hasn’t been easy, it’s been essential for our organization's future. It’s allowing us to respond to changes in the market and adapt to the needs of society while renewing our culture of innovation and creativity. Personally, I’ve never been more excited :)
Starting today, and every Wednesday for the next few weeks, we will be sharing details about our future plans and opening it up to the community and industry experts for suggestions. First and foremost, we’re excited to announce our tentative 2023 roadmap:
The FinMango roadmap is a freely accessible board where our community can see what we have released, what we are currently working on, and what is potentially coming next. More importantly, our community can suggest things they would like us to work on. The roadmap is breathable and won’t be solidified until early February.
In the coming weeks, we will elaborate on specific problems endangering the financial health of young adults in transition globally; dive into what it means to be a learning organization; explore what it looks like to turn into a global platform with strategic partners, and delve into how we will probe tech solutions.
Together, we can create a future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. Let us embrace the future with hope and determination, and work together to build a better tomorrow.
I’d like to thank the thought leadership of Soham Patel, Katherine Lordi, Sarah Cherian, and Bruna Chixaro. This new chapter in the FinMango history wouldn’t be possible without their help!
