Working with Austin Peay State University (Eren Cifi, PhD) to study how mental health connects to eviction risks (paper just got accepted by ARES!)
Partnering with Iowa State University (Chen Zhang, PhD) to look at how regulations affect home-sharing markets
Collaborating with Northeastern University (Madhavi Venkatesan, PhD) to analyze sustainable investing trends through search patterns and historical data
Preliminary Research (white papers)
Teaming up with Rutgers University (John Longo, PhD, CFA and Danny Jang) to compare how financial education searches differ between states with and without educational requirements
Working with the University of Virginia (SEED) to examine the immediate and long-term financial impacts of natural disasters on communities through case studies and recovery patterns, comparing events like the Los Angeles wildfires to historical disasters while studying intervention effectiveness and financial recovery trajectories.
